Gonzalo Carmona
Associate Architect
Gonzalo's passion for architecture shines through the award-winning projects he's worked on.
Gonzalo loves every aspect of architecture, especially the process of turning a blank sheet of paper into something meaningful and seeing people enjoy the finished product. A career highlight for him was designing and delivering the National College for Nuclear in Cumbria, where he fulfilled a long-held ambition to create a building in Corten steel. His first project at Bond Bryan, the Joseph Rowntree School, earned multiple awards, including the RIBA Bronze and White Rose Awards.
In his free time, Gonzalo enjoys mountain biking, hitting the gym, and visiting his hometown in Portugal.
