The Role

As a qualified Architectural Technologist, you’ll work on projects through all RIBA stages but mainly during stages 3 – 6, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is advantageous if candidates can demonstrate 5 year’s experience or more on UK medium / large-scale projects, with experience in educational / residential sector schemes preferable.

The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants’ information and project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Developing creative and functional design solutions
  • Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications
Qualifications & Required Skills
  • Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
  • Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Track record on experience on UK projects
  • Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work
Preferred skills
  • Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places
  • Experience in education sector schemes (preferred)
