Peter Kwan

Peter is a Project Architect with over 14 years’ experience as a UK-qualified RIBA Architect, working across the UK and internationally, including Hong Kong, China and Macau.

He specializes in the design and technical delivery of complex schemes across a wide range of sectors, including education, warehouse and logistics, data centers, residential, healthcare and specialist blue-light facilities.

His work focuses on developing robust, well-coordinated and buildable design solutions across all RIBA stages. Peter has contributed to projects requiring a high level of technical resolution, regulatory compliance and multidisciplinary coordination, with notable examples including the Longfield Fire Training Facilities.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and making the most of the weekends with his little one.

He is a keen Formula One fan, enjoys playing badminton, as well as visiting National Trust parks, enjoying them for their mix of heritage and nature. As a self-confessed petrol head, Peter also enjoys all things cars and motorsport, and values downtime to help him switch off and recharge.
