Nicola Rudman

Nicola brings a natural ability to connect people with a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships across the industry. A longstanding member of the Leadership team, she has played an integral role in shaping the practice over nearly two decades.

With a career that began in finance, Nicola now leads on strategic partnerships and social impact -driving initiatives that extend beyond projects to create lasting value for communities, collaborators and the wider sector. Alongside her role, she is an active volunteer, mentor and director across a number of industry and charitable organisations, reflecting her commitment to positive change.

Outside of work, Nicola maintains an active lifestyle, often fitting in a Pilates class before the day begins and spending Saturday mornings running with her husband (and occasionally her children, when they can be persuaded).
