Roger brings over 25 years of experience in the education sector, specialising in strategic space planning and major redevelopment projects.
From shaping initial strategies to concept design, Roger works closely with clients to develop evidence-led estate strategies that support long-term organisational ambitions.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Roger has worked with around 50 education clients across the UK, building trusted, long-term relationships with organisations including Bradford College, Nottingham College and the University of Sheffield. His expertise spans estate strategy, campus planning, masterplanning, space utilisation and capital investment, helping clients make informed decisions before design begins.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys walking, running and climbing in the hills.
