Arthur leads the charge on all things innovation, digital transformation and operational efficiency at Bond Bryan – shaping how we work, collaborate and future-proof the practice.
As Change & Innovation Lead, he’s the go-to for evolving tools, workflows, and culture to keep us agile, effective, and ready for whatever’s next. Architect by training (and by mindset), Arthur blends over a decade of design and leadership experience with a love for offsite and innovative construction. He has led twice Bond Bryan to Architect of the Year at the Offsite Awards (2020 and 2024) for innovative projects that he successfully led during both design and delivery phases.
Franco-British, Arthur works across all teams and regions to support directors and steer change across the business. When he’s not rethinking strategy or helping others get things off the ground, you might find him exploring the streets of Tokyo (he’s been back three times in the last four years) or plotting his next culinary experiment.
