She is highly skilled in leading multidisciplinary design teams and excels in client engagement, building strong and lasting relationships.

She is also committed to mentoring and staff development, and takes great pride in training and supporting others.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys the outdoors and spending time adventuring with her young family. She has a passion for renovating houses and never shies away from a hands-on DIY project.
