At Bond Bryan, we take pride in our long-standing relationships with clients. Our collaboration with Saul Homes began in 2016 with the Bawtry Park Hotel and Golf Complex, evolving into several exciting projects, including Burntwood Court Holiday Homes. This project reflects our shared vision of creating luxurious, functional spaces that blend modern design with natural surroundings.

When Saul Homes approached us to design Burntwood Court Resort, they envisioned a retreat combining contemporary architecture with the charm of woodland living. Our task was to create nine luxurious self-catering pods, each nestled around a tranquil water feature. We designed pods with sharp angles, expansive glass panels, and warm, inviting interiors. The layout ensures privacy while maintaining a sense of openness and connection to nature. By providing an opulent, secluded getaway, these pods offer guests a premium staycation experience, appealing to those seeking a relaxing escape without the hassle of overseas travel.

The introduction of nine self-catering pods is expected to generate local job opportunities in hospitality and maintenance. The new accommodation enhances Burntwood Court’s existing amenities, which include a restaurant, pub, gym, spa, and ceremony hall. By attracting more visitors, the development supports local businesses and strengthens community ties.

The Burntwood Court Holiday Homes project demonstrates our commitment to sustainability. We selected materials that blend seamlessly with the surrounding woodland, ensuring the pods enhance rather than disrupt the natural environment. Energy-efficient heating and lighting systems were incorporated to reduce the overall carbon footprint. The pod layouts maximise natural light and ventilation, reducing reliance on artificial resources. We worked with local suppliers, supporting the economy and cutting transportation emissions.

By encouraging responsible tourism, we ensure that guests enjoy a luxurious yet environmentally conscious experience, contributing to a sustainable future.
