Located within Sycamore House, a flexible innovation hub for the life sciences sector, the facility has been carefully designed to meet the specialist requirements of clinical-stage biotechnology research. The refurbishment delivers fully compliant QC/GMP-regulated laboratories, including primary and secondary laboratories, alongside dedicated PCR and tissue culture suites that provide the technical infrastructure required for advanced research and development.
Complementing the laboratory environments, dedicated write-up areas, meeting rooms, support offices and breakout spaces create a workplace that supports both scientific research and the day-to-day needs of the teams using the building. Office suites accommodate supply chain, delivery operations and finance functions, bringing operational and research teams together within a single environment.
