Everard Bektashi-Brown

With an MA in Urban Design, he champions context-driven, adaptable designs that meet end-user needs. Known for his collaborative approach, Ev ensures seamless coordination across design, engineering, and construction teams, embodying a “right first time” philosophy.

Outside work, Ev enjoys tending to his allotment, running, cooking, and experimenting with homegrown produce. A volunteer with the Sea Cadets and an amateur beekeeper, he also loves travelling and listening to soul, jazz, and reggae music.
