Architect / Architectural Technologist
We are seeking an Architect/Architectural Technologist to join our team, based in Birmingham.
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Salary and benefits:

The Role:
As a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, you’ll work on projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is advantageous if candidates can demonstrate 2 year’s experience or more on UK large-scale projects, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants’ information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.
Responsibilities
- Developing technical and functional design solutions
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate architectural technologist
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
- Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Track record of experience on UK projects
- Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK (without sponsorship)
Preferred skills
- Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities
- A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places
- Experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes
