Edward Burton

Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Having studied at the Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University, Edward has developed a strong enthusiasm for projects that create a positive impact at community level. He is motivated by architecture’s ability to bring people together and create places that serve and strengthen communities.

Ed is also particularly drawn to the early stages of design where ideas begin to take shape and meaningful foundations are established. He enjoys contributing to these formative phases in practice and is keen to continue developing his architectural knowledge as projects evolve through subsequent stages, seeing ideas realised through to delivery.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring London, often discovering new coffee shops and pubs when on his weekend runs. A self-confessed food-enthusiast he enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, alongside experimenting with new recipes at home. Staying true to his Yorkshire roots, he also plays in a brass band.
