Alex specialises in urban design and placemaking, with a passion for regenerative principles and good design.
Originally from London, Alex studied Architecture at the University of Sheffield and, after a brief return to London, settled in Sheffield to advance his career.
With a deep passion for good design and regenerative principles, he contributes to our Circular Thinking group, researching and sharing best practices. His recent projects include the Barnsley West masterplan, Elland High Street, and Brighouse Market.
When he’s not at work, Alex enjoys drawing, European travel, and cooking for friends and family.
During covid, Alex made a 1:12 scale Georgian dolls house for his daughter, which was a real labour of love and took 3 years to complete!
