Dale is a creative and driven Project Architect with a passion for education-led design, masterplanning, and retrofit.
He thrives in the early stages of projects, where he can explore ideas and shape the overall vision. Known for his innovative approach and focus on thoughtful, user-centred design, Dale enjoys collaborating with clients and end-users to create spaces that truly work.
Outside of work, he’s a keen mountain biker who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family – and never turns down a plate of delicious Portuguese cuisine.
