Pix brook Academy

Pixbrook Academy was conceived as a flexible, forward-thinking school that would meet the Department for Education’s stringent standards while providing a versatile environment for the future. The design response features a three-storey building arranged in a courtyard, balancing communal and private spaces.

By integrating single-storey elements at the entrance, the design creates a welcoming first impression. Thoughtful attention to high quality, adaptable spaces ensures that both students and staff can thrive. The design also supports future expansion, preparing the school for evolving educational needs.

Pixbrook Academy has become an integral part of the community, offering not only a high-functioning learning environment but also a space for community activities. The school’s layout encourages inclusivity, with accessible entrances and well-planned outdoor spaces.

Dedicated sports facilities are safely separated from the main building, and parking areas are efficiently managed. The school’s design creates an environment where students can develop high aspirations and achieve success, benefiting both the academic and local communities.
