Tomasz leads the Living and Places Strategy nationally, combining his expertise in Development Management, Architecture, and Urban Design.
Known for his strategic focus on town centre regeneration and placemaking, Tomasz excels at identifying land opportunities, forming partnerships, and guiding projects through planning. A respected voice in UK Real Estate, he regularly speaks at conferences and contributes to thought leadership.
Outside of work, Tomasz is a city break enthusiast, a loyal Huddersfield Town FC fan, and a film buff. He has even been commissioned to write and present several short films that capture the essence of placemaking and regeneration.
