Peter Severn

Peter is a Board Director at Bond Bryan, where he leads our London Studio and shares responsibility for overseeing the Southern Region. He also serves as the Accountable Director for Bond Bryan Interiors and Bond Bryan Landscape.

With over 20 years experience within the industry, Peter has honed his expertise across a range of sectors. He specialises in delivering large-scale, residential projects, particularly within urban regeneration sites.

With a technical background, he thrives on collaborating with contractors to solve complex challenges and has led the delivery of Bond Bryan’s first luxury high-rise project, the £150m Royal Arsenal Riverside A Blocks development in Woolwich, London.

Based in Doncaster with his family, Peter commutes daily to London, but still finds time for his passions – travel and sport. A proud supporter of Newcastle United FC and, closer to home, Doncaster Rovers FC, he enjoys coaching his son’s football team and the occasional round of golf.
