With a knack for connecting people, and a genuine passion and skill for fostering community within the industry, Nicola has been an integral part of the Leadership team for almost two decades. Nicola has an impressive resume, starting as the Financial Manager, now leading on Business Development and acting as a volunteer, mentor, and director throughout various charity organisations within the industry.
Outside work, Nicola enjoys her active lifestyle, weaving in the odd pilates class before work and religiously spending Saturday mornings running with her husband (and sometimes her children, when they can be convinced).
