Natalie Cleminson

Natalie thrives on the challenges of each tender, fostering collaboration with her colleagues to continuously improve processes. Natalie is also passionate about embedding social value into her work, focusing on creating opportunities for young people across the UK.

Outside of work, Natalie is a dedicated mum and step-mum. She enjoys singing, paddle-boarding, and walking her dog, Bertie. Natalie also volunteers for Yorkshire Children’s Charity and is a qualified and registered hypnotherapist.
