Mark Swallow

Mark is an experienced IT and Information Security leader with over 30 years in the industry and an extensive portfolio of professional qualifications and major project delivery. He currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Bond Bryan Group, where he is responsible for cyber and data security strategy, regulatory compliance, and core IT infrastructure across multiple offices.

His work focuses on delivering secure, resilient and scalable systems and processes aligned with ISO 27001:2022, Cyber Essentials Plus, and UK Government and MoD requirements. Mark brings a pragmatic, risk-aware approach to information security, ensuring the organisation’s systems are robust, compliant and future-ready.

Outside of work, Mark is a keen horology enthusiast and watchmaking hobbyist, with a long-standing interest in building, repairing and collecting mechanical timepieces. He values family life highly and enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, balancing professional demands and responsibilities with personal commitments.
