Jon leads design quality, staff culture, client relationships, and growth across the northern region.
Since joining in 2006 as a Part 1 Graduate, Jon has become an expert in Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation, delivering some of the UK’s most pivotal R&D projects. Known for his people-first approach, Jon values collaboration and the long-term relationships he builds with both clients and colleagues.
An outdoor enthusiast, Jon is often found hiking in the Peak District, taking staff on charity hikes, or coaching his daughter’s U16 football team. He is driven by optimism, humour, and a spirit of adventure.
