James Watts
Interior Designer
Dedicated to sustainable design, James revitalises historic buildings through adaptive reuse and low-energy retrofits.
James studied at the Royal College of Art, and since joining Bond Bryan, he’s led projects such as reimagining a Victorian courthouse for Barnsley Youth Choir and designing new spaces for the Barnsley YMCA. Passionate about circular economy principles, James brings fresh life to existing buildings through thoughtful, regenerative practices.
Outside of work, James plays piano for his local church and enjoys countryside walks with his family, especially when they end with a pub lunch.
