Technical Delivery
Our contractor clients know us for our commercial pragmatism, technical excellence, responsiveness and reliability. We are highly experienced at inheriting and delivering outline designs undertaken by others and developing these through to successful completion as part of a post-contract construction design team. Our Technical Advisor service safeguards our clients’ interests by monitoring the compliant delivery of projects on site – offering impartial guidance, risk management, peer review and design guardianship roles.
We provide the organisational competence to undertake both the CDM (Health & Safety) and the Building Regulations Principal Designer roles, including for High-Risk Buildings. We are able to seamlessly integrate this into our service or undertake within an independent advisory role for other consultants and contractors.
Further specialist services our practice offers are the roles of digital, MMC and sustainability consultants, visualisation and architectural photography.
