Rosey Alexander and Christina Burnie: Promoted to board of directors
Bond Bryan is delighted to announce the promotion of two longstanding team members, Rosey Alexander and Christina Burnie, to its Board of Directors.
Rosey Alexander
Rosey Alexander’s promotion to Operations Director signifies a remarkable achievement in her career, one marked by her consistent drive to lead Bond Bryan into the future with a data-focused approach. Joining the firm in 2000 as a Part 2 Architect, Rosey has taken on various strategic roles, advancing the company’s technical operations and digital innovation efforts. Over the years, she has led several critical projects, particularly leveraging platforms such as Rapport3 and Power BI to improve efficiency and insight-driven decision-making.
Rosey’s leadership is characterised by her commitment to diversity and her ability to empower those around her. Her ethos centers on enabling individuals to reach their highest potential, advocating for authentic self-expression, and pushing for positive change in both the workplace and the industry.
“I’ve always believed in combining technology with a personal, human approach, bridging the gap between technical understanding and clear communication. I’m grateful for the incredible mentors and colleagues who’ve shaped my career and leadership style, and I’m excited to continue identifying talent, driving innovation, and contributing to the growth of Bond Bryan as I step into this new role.”
Christina Burnie
With a 16-year tenure at Bond Bryan, Christina Burnie’s path has been equally inspiring. Starting as a Part 2 Graduate in 2008, she has grown alongside the firm, qualifying as an architect, becoming a mother, and steadily advancing through leadership roles to her recent position as Associate Director. Christina’s career has been driven by her love of collaboration, her curiosity, and her problem-solving acumen—traits that have helped shape her professional success and resilience.
As a newly appointed Board member, Christina is eager to contribute to Bond Bryan’s continued growth, particularly across the Southern Home Counties, and to foster a culture of innovation and support.
“I am delighted that I can officially say that I am one of the first female board members at Bond Bryan, and whilst I am proud of that achievement and the hard work, perseverance, and a bit of good luck that has gone along the way, I would like us all to celebrate the fact that we work at a time, and for a company, that can support an individual to achieve that, through study leave, maternity leave, and part-time employment. It is possible.”
We celebrate the achievements of these two outstanding leaders and look forward to the energy and expertise they will bring to the Board.
Their promotions not only mark personal milestones but also reinforce our dedication to building a diverse, supportive, and forward-thinking company culture.
