From the very beginning, our design goal for Bawtry Park was to create a destination that balanced sophistication with warmth, offering guests a luxurious and welcoming experience. The architectural vision harmonises modern design with traditional elements, ensuring the hotel feels both contemporary and timeless. Every detail was meticulously planned, from the central reception area to the elegant conference rooms, ensuring functionality alongside aesthetics.

This thoughtful design provides spaces that not only cater to immediate needs but are also adaptable to future growth, offering the client a versatile asset that can evolve with the market and future expansions. The final product is a place that fosters connections, whether it’s a guest unwinding in the spa or businesses meeting in the conference spaces.

The Bawtry Park Hotel has had a profound impact on the local economy, breathing new life into Austerfield. By creating around 130 local jobs, the hotel will become an essential part of the community, driving economic growth and providing new employment opportunities in an area where they are scarce.

Through ongoing engagement with local residents and businesses, we ensured that the hotel was in tune with the community’s aspirations.  The integration of the hotel with its surroundings has revitalised Austerfield, making it a destination for both tourists and local residents to enjoy.

A notable feature is the modular data centre developed by Deep Green, embedded within the site. This innovation will save over 400 tonnes of carbon emissions annually, highlighting Bawtry Park’s commitment to reducing energy costs and embracing a more sustainable future.
