Bond Bryan has strengthened upon its existing partnerships with a prominent co-living developer and operator. Richmond House is a retrofit and extension of a significant 6-Storey building between Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and City Centre. Our Team has been appointed to delivery RIBA stages 1 to 6 with the project recently achieving planning approval and represents Birmingham’s earliest Co-Living development in an exciting new sector.

The development comprises 150 residential units designed for young professionals seeking convenient city access. The design seamlessly integrates large scale accommodation with shared facilities and amenity spaces.

Key features of Richmond House & similar co-living developments include spacious lounges for social gatherings, outdoor terraces to maximise external space and usage, co-working spaces, gym, cinema room, podcasting studio and games rooms.
