Many sites require masterplans for the longer term and, particularly, to exploit commercial potential and, perhaps, disposal; we have a strong track record in masterplanning, commercial work and regeneration initiatives has been useful to many estates. This has proved particularly relevant in recent years when self-funded projects have become more prevalent.
We have managed a vast amount of The University of Sheffield’s projects on the Advanced Manufacturing Research Park. This park supports cutting edge research and acts as a catalyst for private companies to locate.
The future development philosophy was to expand the University’s current AMRC campus and to provide a combination of manufacturing, academia, commercial and leisure facilities on the new site at Advanced Manufacturing Park.
At the outset; a campus style Masterplan layout envisaged by both the designers and client was developed to reflect an overarching desire for a collaborative human place in and around a series of large-scale research buildings linked by activities and processes.

Bond Bryan Architects were appointed to develop a masterplan to transform the iconic Don Valley Athletics Stadium site into the Olympic Legacy Park.
