Bond Bryan
Working in conjunction with Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) and Willmott Dixon, Bond Bryan undertook the refurbishment of the historic Doncaster Wool Market, enhancing its appeal and turning it into a high-value asset for DMBC.
As part of the regenerative efforts of DMBC, the Wool Market is a key location for the town centre’s overall regeneration, and – upon the successful completion of the project – future improvement works will be made upon the town centre’s Market Quarter. All of these planned works will connect seamlessly with the Wool Market, creating a holistic and coherent Market Quarter environment within Doncaster and helping to regenerate the town centre.
Appointed through a design competition, Bond Bryan designed a new office headquarters for Berkeley Homes East Thames.
Bond Bryan were able to create a sensitive design over four storeys that gives Volkwagen UK three floors of showroom.
