Commercial Project

Building area 790m2

Contract period 2015 – 2016

Project value £1.3m

Appointed through a design competition, Bond Bryan designed a new office headquarters for Berkeley Homes East Thames.  The requirement was to design the interior of a retail unit into offices for the Project Delivery teams at Woolwich.  The existing space was challenging as it was constrained both by the structure and services already in existence, and by the need to maximise the efficiency and flexibility of the workspace.  We worked closely with the Technical Team to establish the spatial arrangements to ensure adequate workstations and to suit the work patterns of the teams.  The process involved developing a number of arrangements by using different furniture combinations.

The project was delivered through a Design and Build Contract with Bond Bryan remaining on the Client’s team, checking Design Compliance.
