The new-build Fire Training Facilities and Administrative Headquarters Building formed part of a two-phase development for the Cleveland Fire Brigade, reflecting their determination to amalgamate all of the non-operational facilities of the Cleveland Fire Authority into a singular site.
The existing building is to be fully refurbished with the operational accommodation and appliance bays being retained at ground floor level.
