Bond Bryan have been appointed by Godwin Developments to develop their design proposals for a modern urban living scheme and a new gateway into Sheffield City Centre.

Situated prominently within Sheffield City Centre and just a five minute walk from Sheffield station, the scheme will form part of the Sheffield Midland Station and Sheaf Valley development framework.

Working alongside Planning Consultants Urbana Town Planning, when completed the development will contain 300+ Build to Rent (BTR) units.
