Bond Bryan receives planning permission for residential scheme at Bawtry Park golf complex.

We are delighted to announce that Bond Bryan have received planning permission for a high-quality residential scheme at the Bond Bryan-designed, Bawtry Golf Complex.
The scheme, for Saul Homes, comprises the first three out of the proposed eighteen contemporary villas – all bespoke and unique in their design: a careful choice of natural materials, simple shapes and forms – have been incorporated to take advantage of the views across the golf course.
