Bond Bryan shortlisted for prestigious Yorkshire Property Industry Awards

The shortlists for one of the most prestigious property awards of the year have now been revealed. Judges for Insider’s Yorkshire Property Industry Awards 2015 agreed the entries were of a higher standard not seen for many years.

The experienced judging panel featured Gerald Jennings, president of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce and former portfolio director for North and Scotland at Land Securities; Martin McKervey, partner at Nabarro, Sheffield; Angela Barnicle, director in real estate advisory at Deloitte, Leeds; Guy Gilfillan, development director at Regus; Grant Edmondson, property director at Wykeland; and Trevor Mitchell, planning and conservation director at Historic England.

Gilfillan said: “The quality of this year’s entries reflects the significantly improved conditions seen across all property markets in the Yorkshire region. This is evidenced by the large number of cranes now appearing on the skylines of our towns and cities, stimulating economic activity and creating good quality employment.

After winning in 2014 Bond Bryan are delighted to be short listed again.

The winners will be revealed at the awards dinner on 24 September at New Dock Hall, Royal Armouries, Leeds.
