Bond Bryan Managing Director Jonathan Herbert spoke last week at the Association of Colleges Capital and Estates Conference 2014.
Jonathan’s talk, “Strategic Planning in an Uncertain World” stressed that in a period of uncertainty and limited funds, a strategic approach to college estates management was more, rather than less, important.
He reminded delegates to be mindful of their colleges’ long-term requirements whilst recognising the opportunity that funding via Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) offers. Crucially he advocated detailed dialogue with LEPs in order to establish a business case for development founded upon economic growth.
Bond Bryan were proud to be sponsors of the Conference.
