As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you’ll be working with project architects, technicians and technologists through all RIBA stages. You’ll contribute to the detailed design process and technical detailing, plus helping to manage the flow of project documentation.

The right candidate will have some experience in BIM and working in a 3D environment. Bond Bryan specialises in OpenBIM, using IFC and a range of software to collaborate.

Developing creative and functional design solutions

Learning to produce high-quality technical drawings, visualisations and presentations

Attending design team meetings with the project lead, collaborating with clients and consultants

Working with consultants model files to build a coordinated model

RIBA Part 2 qualification: RIBA validated undergraduate and postgraduate degree in architecture

Strong design and technical skills, with some experience in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)

A solid understanding of UK building regulations, planning process and the Building Safety Act

Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK

Prior experience working in an architectural practice, preferably on UK-based projects

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places
