Our commitment to achieving net zero carbon emissions requires us to reduce our business operations to be as low as possible before implementing any carbon offsetting measures. We have been measuring our carbon emissions since 2019, and continue to analyse the data to ensure a downward trajectory of emissions.

This information is included within our Carbon Reduction Plan. This, alongside any targets we set ourselves are aligned to our ‘Circular Thinking’ ethos and backed by official guidance and monitoring systems.

These certifications demonstrate our dedication to quality, environmental responsibility, information security, and workplace safety. We continuously strive for improvement and undergo regular external assessments to maintain and enhance these standards.

Bond Bryan Architects Limited is committed to fair prompt and transparent payment practices across its immediate supply chain.

Across the last two six-month reporting periods, we paid 95% of invoices within 60 days with average payment times well below 55 days. A small number of invoices were paid outside of 60 days, primarily due to invoice disputes, missing purchase order information or supplier onboarding and bank detail changes.

To further strengthen performance, we have implemented an improvement plan focused on:

• Preventing delays through clearer invoice submission requirements and purchase order validation
• Earlier monitoring and escalation of invoices approaching due dates
• Improved internal controls reporting and governance of payment performance.

Our target is to ensure that over 95% of invoices are paid within 60 days, to reduce payments outside agreed terms to zero other than genuine disputes, and continue to improve average payment times.

Progress against this plan will be reviewed monthly by our Finance Manager and overseen by the Commercial Director and reported through appropriate governance channels.
