Graphic-savvy Marketing and Communications Assistant

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Communications Assistant to assist with the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy.

The ideal person will be a confident writer and enjoy engaging with both clients and stakeholders but, most importantly, we are looking for someone with a bit of pizzazz and will welcome creative applications.

You will be joining a passionate and creative team who are responsible for embedding our culture and values into everything that we do – whilst delivering effective and informative marketing communications; we might be biased, but we love it!

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will support a busy, design-driven central Marketing Team throughout the client-oriented new business process, ensuring the highest quality of visual & written documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation & submission of prequalification questionnaires, tenders/requests for proposal and interview presentation material
  • Co-ordinating responses to practice-wide corporate accreditations & supplier registrations
  • Providing copywriting support for marketing collateral
  • Assisting with marketing collateral, layouts and design tasks
  • Assisting in website management and work with the Head of Marketing on developing and delivering content
  • Monitoring, engaging and assisting in the development of creative and engaging social media content
  • Supporting the growth and development of the Bond Bryan brand
  • Assisting in the organisation of project photoshoots and events.

Key Skills Required:

Degree-educated, preferably with a Marketing, Business, or related field of equivalent CIM qualification and will exhibit the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Social media knowledge and experience
  • Self-motivated with a passion for design
  • Good graphic skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent proof-reading skills
  • Computer literacy: advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 & Adobe Creative Cloud experience is preferable
