Bond Bryan Digital was established in 2016 as a consultancy specialising in digital delivery of construction projects. Our team has a passion for open standards and is recognised, both nationally and globally, as leaders in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Information Management. Most recently, this leadership was recognised when we were voted the ‘Most Innovative Consultancy’ at the Building Innovation Awards 2019.
Due to an exciting and rapidly expanding portfolio, Bond Bryan Digital is looking for an Information Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Information Manager, with a proven track record of working and leading on multiple projects across a variety of sectors, to join a multi-award-winning team. Our projects involve a mixture of working with clients, contractors and consultants and also include a number of research and development projects that are pushing the boundaries of current best-practice delivery.
The role will be a mixture of developing information requirements and helping teams to deliver against those requirements. We also encourage our teams to push our thinking forward on every project which we deliver and we aim to improve our service every time we start a new project.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years (post qualification) experience and, for this pos,t will require a good understanding of Autodesk Revit in order to support delivery teams with information delivery around open standards. Whilst Bond Bryan’s core business is Architecture, we would welcome anyone with other backgrounds to complement our existing team.
We are flexible on location (including an element of home working if desired) but travel to our Sheffield office for regular team meetings will be required on an ongoing basis. We have offices in Sheffield, Birmingham, London and Westerham (Kent).
The ability to work with a small team of passionate individuals internally, and, externally, with clients, consultants and contractors, is essential, along with experience of delivering projects from the early projects stages through to handover. A strong understanding of national and international standards (including ISO19650) is essential – as well as a strong and practical knowledge of project delivery including understanding of procurement and contractual relationships etc.
Training will be provided on certain technical aspects of the role but knowledge – and a good understanding of open standards (including IFC, COBie and BCF) – will be beneficial to the role.
Alongside the opportunity to work and lead on a variety of exciting projects, the successful candidate will join an enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic consultancy – which puts great emphasis on a healthy work-life balance and a collaborative company culture.
A competitive salary (based on experience) alongside a variety of company benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
